The Strategic Management Master Class is a certification to integrate the Systems Thinking Approach® disciplined methodology with strategic management techniques.
The Strategic Management Master Class provides a structured approach to develop and implement strategic principles. Be the go-to person when successful strategic and social change is required!
Gold Mastery Certification with the Haines Centre is a THREE PHASE PROCESS.
PHASE #1 (face-to-face or online)
FACE-TO-FACE: Before acquiring the certification, you must complete a prerequisite that includes a two-day face-to-face training workshop in Strategic and Systems Thinking Foundation tools and techniques.
ON-LINE: An alternative option is to participate in the 6-part webinar series made up of 6 x 90 min sessions over the period of approximately 2-3 months. These webinars are also recorded, so that you can schedule watching them to suit yourself ($US935 value as a guide).
Once you have attended our two-day foundation workshop OR completed the webinar series, the next steps to Gold Mastery Certification are as follows:
PHASE #2 (face-to-face or online)
FACE-TO-FACE: Participate in a 3½ day immersion Master Class – The Systems Thinking Approach® to Strategic Management. This intensive workshop builds on the webinar series to develop your skills and confidence to train and build capacity for strategic and systems thinking in others. You will work with two Master Consultants/Facilitators and a group of aspiring Strategic Leaders. Bring your own strategic plans to which you can apply the concepts.
ON-LINE: Alternatively, we can facilitate a “one-on-one” executive coaching program covering the same material as the immersion masterclass, but broken down to a self-paced learning program requiring preparation, delivery, feedback over 36 hours based on 14 modules of 90 min each session – see brochure for more details. ($US3,795 value as a guide).
In addition, our master class in strategic management is certified by the University of San Diego.
CLAIM ADVANCED STANDING FOR AUSTRALIAN MBA PROGRAMS
Gold Mastery Certification is an elective option for Master of Business Administration candidates and we can help you claim advanced standing for Australian MBA programs. For an additional $US800 you can enroll as a student at University of San Diego and include the successful completion of the MASTERCLASS as an elective in your Masters of Business Administration Program and/or to accumulate CPD points for your professional membership.
PHASE 3#: Complete a strategic implementation project of your choice. You will be coached by Dr Lewis Atkinson, a Haines Centre for Strategic Management Master Consultant, who will support you throughout your training plan (minimum 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions) and its evaluation by assisting you to document your experience as a case study ($US4,000 value as a guide). As a guide the Gold Mastery Certification in Strategic & Systems Thinking has an average cost between $AUD 5000-10,000 depending on the level of support that your require from our master trainers.
